A customer journey in Mapp Intelligence is a special form of campaign analysis. Several analyses, dimensions, and figures are available showing the customer journey.


The customer journey begins with the first campaign contact and ends with achieving a website goal (e.g., a newsletter registration or an order).

  • All campaigns used are part of the customer journey.
  • A new customer journey begins for the user with the next campaign contact.
  • The customer journey is not saved in the system until the website goal has been reached.


If you set multiple website goals, a user simultaneously belongs to multiple customer journeys.
