Navigation Path​


  1. In the ​Main Navigation​, click ​Messages​ > ​Outbox​ > Email.
    ⇒  The ​Processed Messages​ window opens to the ​Email​ tab.
  2. In the ​Actions​ column, click  Reschedule​.
    ⇒  The ​Schedule Message​ window opens.

The Schedule Message window


The ​Schedule Message​ window is used to edit the message transfer and message processing time for a scheduled message. Message transfer and processing can be changed up until message processing begins. For more information, see ​Message Processing vs. Message Transport​.

Description

​From Address​

Shows the email address that is displayed as the sender in the recipient inbox. The email address corresponds to the email address of the group to which the message is sent. For more information, see ​General Settings (tab)​.

​Subject​

Shows the subject of the message. The subject is visible to the recipient as the subject line of the message. The subject is defined in the ​Compose Message​ window. For more information, see ​Select Message Channel Type​.

​Message Transfer​

Shows the date, time, and time zone for the scheduled message transfer.

​Message Processing​

Shows the date and time for the scheduled message processing.

​Reschedule​

Schedules the message for sendout at the new time and opens the ​Processed Messages​ window. For more information, see ​Processed Messages Overview (window)​.

Message processing can be scheduled up to a maximum of 72 hours before message transfer. When processing and transfer are scheduled closely together, the message transfer phase begins with messages that are already processed to the recipient MTA. The processing of the messages to be sent continues in the meantime.
