In the Main Navigation, click Messages > Prepared Messages > Email.
In the Actions column, click View.
Purpose
In this window, you see where a prepared message is used in Mapp Engage. This information is important if you want to edit or archive a prepared message.
This page can take a long time to load.

Description
Location
Displays where the prepared message is in use.
Event-based Automation: The prepared message is in use in an event-based automation in Automation. For more information, see Event-Based Automation.
Time-based Automation: The prepared message is in use in a time-based automation in Automation. For more information, see 2023-05-05_14-37-26_Time-Based Automation.
Whiteboard: The prepared message is in use on a whiteboard. For more information, see Whiteboard.
Name
Displays the name of the automation or whiteboard where the prepared message is in use.
Description
Displays the description of the automation or whiteboard where the prepared message is in use. If the creator did not define a description, this field is blank.
Owner
Displays the owner of the automation or whiteboard where the prepared message is in use.
Change Display Options
Setting
Description
Show
Controls whether the table displays active or archived entries.
Filter
Filters the entries according to the values in the filter fields. It is possible to combine multiple filter criteria.
Remove Filter
Removes all filters and displays all available entries.
Visible Rows
Changes the number of rows displayed per page.
Navigates to the next or previous page of results. The arrows appear when not all entries can be displayed on one page.
Select All
Selects all visible entries.
Archive
Archives any selected entries. Archived entries cannot be used, but remain stored in the system.
Delete
Deletes any selected entries, after an additional confirmation question.
