The Log Tracker provides tools for analyzing recent system events in Engage and locating relevant log entries.

The Log Tracker only displays historical information. This means that the activities shown have already taken place and are recorded on a log. The Log Tracker only stores log entries for the last 30 days. Information for older system events is not available.

A process takes place over time. The start time and finish time for a process are recorded on a log and are available in the Log Tracker. The current status of a running process is not available. You can find this information in the ​Processes area of Engage. 

The Log Tracker does not display message-related recipient activity. You can find this type of information in the ​Statistics area of Engage. For more information, see ​Statistics.
