Here you can define product catalog change triggers for products added to Wish List, or Abandoned Cart.

  1. Click Create.
  2. Give the trigger a name.
  3. Select a table from the drop-down list: 
    1. Wish List,
    2. Abandoned Cart data, or
    3. All.
  4. (optional) Add a description.
  5. Select type of trigger:
    1. Back to stock
    2. Low Stock
    3. Price drop
  6. Define Recency (1, 3, 4, 14, 30 or 90 days).
  7. Define the following parameters:
    1. for Back to stock: minimum stock amount
    2. for Low stock: minimum stock amount and stock amount
    3. for Price drop: minimum percentage of a price drop
  8. Click Create.

Types of Triggers

Price dropproductPriceDefines the percentage by which the product price dropped compared to the price saved in the contact's wish list. The event calculates and sends the price reduction percentage to the Whiteboard.

Recency

If the item added to Abandoned Cart or Wish List older than the specified time, the event will not be triggered. This field allows you to avoid sending campaigns to your contacts that involve products that they are not interested in anymore.
