Custom formulas will help you when analyzing engagement later. You can create new formulas or update existing ones by clicking Mapp Intelligence > Custom Figures > Custom Formulas. A new formula can be created by then selecting create formula. 

The configuration of the formula depends on the chosen request configuration. In this example we will create a formula showing how often content engagement of at least 50% was measured.

Configuration "after reaching % of content"

In this example we look for at least 50%. After naming our formula, we can add metrics by selecting add metric and then searching the available list. Metrics can be configured and filtered by adding the metic and then clicking on it as you will see below. 

Calculation:
