A framework builds the foundation of your email message or microsite. The framework determines how an email message or microsite and its content are displayed in different email clients and on different devices (responsive design).
To create an email template or microsite, you must have a framework. Once a framework is created in the system, you can reuse this framework for all your email templates. When a framework is updated or changed, all changes to the framework are automatically applied to all email templates and microsites that use the framework.
To create frameworks, you need knowledge of HTML.
