Goal
To save a set of delivery settings in a new configuration template.
Prerequisites
Your system user account has the permissions:
A configuration template stores a set of sendout settings that you can apply automatically when you create or copy a group.
Procedure
- In the Main Navigation, click Audience > Groups.
⇒ The Groups window opens. - Click Configuration Template.
⇒ The Configuration Templates window opens. - Click Create.
⇒ The General Settings tab opens.
Enter the desired settings and click Save. - Click Reply Handling.
⇒ The Reply Handling tab opens.
Enter the desired settings and click Save. - Click Tracking & Links.
⇒ The Tracking & Links tab opens.
Enter the desired settings and click Save. - Click Notifications.
⇒ The Notifications tab opens.
Enter the desired settings and click Save.
Engage saves the settings that you entered in a new configuration template and assigns the template a unique ID.
You can access your new template in the Configuration Templates window.
