Click Dashboard > Start. The Start Page opens with the Contact Development (Net Growth) card.
The Contact Development (Net Growth) card provides you with information about your audience development. This information helps you to understand how your digital marketing campaigns affect your relationship with your contacts.
An increase or decrease in contacts is an important indicator of how well your digital messages are performing. An increase in the number of contacts confirms that you are attracting new subscribers and creating strong content.
You need the following permissions to see this card:

1112 | View System-wide Contact Statistics | View contact statistics for the whole Mapp Engage system. |
The Contact Development (Net Growth) card displays key information that shows you at a glance whether your contact base has increased or decreased.
The chart has two views: system-wide contact statistics and group-wide contact statistics. To select system-wide or group-wide contact statistics, click 
in the upper right-hand corner.
Information on the Contact Development (Net Growth) card is updated once per day. The latest changes are not displayed immediately on the card. To see the time that the card is updated, hover the mouse over the active contacts display.
This chart provides quick insights into the development of contacts in your Mapp Engage system.

Active Contacts (Number) | Displays the number of active contacts that you have gained or lost in your Mapp Engage system in the past 30 days. If the number of contacts has decreased, the number is negative. A positive number means that the number of contacts has increased. |
Contacts (Chart) | Displays the total number of contacts in your Mapp Engage system over the past 30 days. To see the number of contacts on a specific calendar day, hover your mouse over that day on the chart. |
