No: The message will not be sent at the best sendout time. In this case, use the Message Transport option to configure the sendout time.
Yes: The message will be sent at the best sendout time to recipients with a calculated best sendout time.
Default: Here, you can configure when the sendout should start. It is also the fallback time that is used for recipients with no calculated best sendout time.
If no default sendout time is specified, the message will be sent at the defined Message Transport time.
