If you are looking at this page, you are most probably a new Mapp Customer. Congratulations! Our Technical Services Team will guide and support you throughout the onboarding process. However, we need some deliverables from you to set things up in Mapp Engage just as you need them.

| Domain Delegation | The process of domain delegation gives Mapp the right to use your subdomain to send emails. This step allows us to create the necessary DNS records to send emails on your behalf. Domain delegation is part of the onboarding process. This step is necessary before you can send emails with Engage. |
| Landing Pages | Landing Pages are special websites created in Engage that can be accessed, for example, via a link in an email. Engage Landing Pages create a platform where you can generate leads. They are also an optimal way to extend your existing Internet presence. |
| Content Management for Email | Creating content blocks for your email sendouts is a complex task that requires advanced HTML and CSS knowledge. The Mapp Technical Services team can make these blocks for you. On this page, you'll find all the information you need to provide to the Mapp services team so that we can create the blocks for your marketing communication. |
