Mapp Intelligence determines the distance to the previous visit in days for every visit. The first visit is not considered for the calculation.
This value is depicted as an accumulated value in the metric User - Days between contacts. Thus, in the example, the result is "4".
The metric is only rarely added directly to analyses but rather used for the calculation of custom formulas.
