Mapp Intelligence determines for every visit the distance to the previous visit in days. The first visit is not considered for the calculation.
This value is depicted as accumulated value in the metric URM - Days between contacts. Thus, in the example the result is "4".
The metric is only rarely added directly to analyses, but rather used for the calculation of custom formulas.
