In this window, you define the global permissions granted to system roles in Engage. Global permissions provide system-wide access to information and functionality.
Each system role is assigned a specific set of permissions by default. As long as your system role is ranked higher than the role you wish to change, you can change the permissions manually in this window.
You can assign a system role to a specific user account in the Recipients area of Engage. For instructions, see Change System Role Assignment.
What can I do in this window?
View current global permissions assigned to a system role.
Grant additional global permissions to a system role.
Remove global permissions from a system role.
Enter or update the description of a system role.
You can only view system roles that are ranked the same or lower than your own. You can only change permission assignments for system roles that are ranked lower than your own.
