As a cloud-based application, Mapp Engage runs in a standard web browser. With the speed at which browsers are updated, it is not always possible to pre-certify every browser. We provide "best effort" support for functional issues with new releases of supported browser platforms.

Keep in mind that working in multiple browser tabs is not supported by Mapp Engage.

We encourage you to stay relatively current with your browser version. You benefit from the latest security and stability fixes.

TLS 1.0 has security flaws in the protocol. Do not use TLS 1.0 when you work in your Mapp Engage system as it was never publicly released. Modern Browsers (for example, Firefox, Chrome) do not use the protocol or give you the option to disable TLS 1.0.

Check the browser that you are working with and prevent TLS 1.0 from being enabled.

Update your Web Browser

We recommend keeping your web browser updated to the latest version to ensure that websites render properly. To update a supported browser, refer to their documentation:

Mobile browsers

We generally only support desktop browsers for Mapp Cloud applications' user interface.

Viewport Resolution

To ensure that all user interface elements are displayed correctly, we recommend the following viewport resolutions:

  • Minimum: 1024 x 768 pixels

  • Recommended: 1280 x 960 pixels
