This Job allows you to perform A/B testing for Mobile Push Messages on your scheduled and recurring Whiteboards.

​Date​ 

These parameters set the date and time when the sendout is triggered.

Available only for time-based Whiteboards.

This option lets you define the mobile channel to be used for your Whiteboard.

Add Test Message

Allows you to add more test messages to the job. 

  • By default, two test messages are set with 10% of the total audience each.
  • You can add more messages by pressing the ​Add Test Message​ button.
  • You can also change the percentage of the total audience reach for each of your messages.
DistributionDisplays graphically how your test messages are distributed.
Audience GroupDisplays the Audience Group that was selected as the entry selected in the start job of the Whiteboard.

Test Messages

In this section, you can select your test messages. It is possible to use both prepared and draft messages for testing.

  • By default, two test messages are set with 10% of the total audience each.
  • You can add more messages by pressing the ​Add Test Message​  button.
  • You can also change the percentage of the total audience reach for each of your messages.

​Main Message Sendout​

Select the success criterion for your message is by default Engagement Rate.

The Engagement Rate is calculated based on a number of events:

  • Engaged behavior: push opened, action button clicked, etc.
  • Dismissal: push swiped, close button pressed.

The message that generated more engagement will have a higher engagement rate.

Sendout delaySet the delay after the test sendout is done and your best-performing message is sent. You can set the delay in minutes, hours, days, or weeks.
