Statistics  >  Single Messages> Email

Purpose

This window gives you access to single message statistics. The statistics offer real-time reporting of the most important KPIs, including bounces, opens, clicks, conversions, and forwards. Use data, graphs, and visual analysis to evaluate the success of your campaigns.

This window only lists single messages. All single sendouts are evaluated together in the Statistics. One set of statistics is generated for all single messages ever sent from one prepared message. For more information, see Group Messages and Single Messages in Mapp Engage.

The   Single Message Statistics   area includes tracking data for your email, SMS, and mobile push notifications. Different data is available for each channel, depending on the technical capabilities of the channel.

Channel

Displays the sendout channel. Mapp Engage supports the following sendout channels: email, SMS, and mobile push.

External Message ID

Displays the external message ID. The external message ID is a value that is added to links during message sendout. This value is then transmitted to an external system, such as a web analytics tool or ecommerce shop. Example: Every time that you send a newsletter, you add the external message ID to every link in the email. This ID helps you track the performance of each newsletter in your ecommerce system and web analytics tool.

From Address

Displays the from address displayed in the recipient inbox. This address may not be identical to the group email address. You define the from address in the group settings. For more information, see Reply Handling (tab).

Skipped

Displays the number of addresses that Mapp Engage skipped prior to sendout. An address can be skipped during sendout for several reasons. For more information, see Skipped Messages (tab).
