Send a Reminder to Contacts who didn't open your Email
Objective
You have sent an email to a group of contacts inviting them to visit you at an exhibition. You want to follow up with those who haven't opened the email yet, and encourage them to open the email. Create a segment that identifies those contacts.

Condition 1 In this segment, you first need to identify people who received your email by selecting Email Activity > Received and selecting the relevant sent message.
Condition 2 Next, you want to know which contacts haven't opened this specific email: Email Activity > Opened.
Follow-up Action
Use the segment in the sendout of the reminder email.
