In the ​Main Navigation​, click Dashboard > ​Reports.

Purpose​

What can I do in this window?

  • Generate and download existing reports as Excel file.  You can export a maximum of 250,000 rows per report. Exports larger than this fail.

  • Create a new report.

  • Archive or delete reports you no longer need.

Information

  • Last Calculation: Shows the last date when the report was generated. This is not the download date.

  • Name: Shows the name of the report. The report owner defines the name when he or she creates the report. The name does not have to be unique in the system.

  • Type: Shows the type of report. There are seven types of reports. For more information, see Reports​.

  • Owner: Shows the system user who created the report. It is not possible to transfer ownership.

  • Status: Shows the status of the report.

    • Ready: The report can now be downloaded.

    • Processing: The report data is being generated by Mapp Engage. You cannot download the report until processing is finished.

    • Failed: Report generation failed. Contact support if you need more information.

    • Interrupted: Report generation was interrupted. Contact support if you need more information.

    • Incomplete: Report generation was incomplete. Contact support if you need more information.

  • ID: The upper-right hand corner of the ​Details​ area displays the report ID. Every report is assigned a unique ID in the system.

  • Period Start: Shows the start date of the report period.

  • Period End: Shows the end date of the report period

  • First Generated: Shows the date and time when the report was generated for the first time. You can view and download all previously generated report versions in the ​Report History​ window.

  • Last Generated: Shows the date and time when the report was last generated.
