Description

Message Report (Tracking or Sendout Based)

Detailed data about message sendouts and contact activity in the reporting period.

This report includes the following data:

  • The number of sendouts per message type (HTML, text, mobile).

  • The total number of clicks, opens and conversions and well as the number of unique clickers, openers and converters.

  • The number of responses, unsubscribes and forwards.

  • Message data evaluated by different domains. This allows you to compare message success at various domains.

There are two types of message reports: tracking-based and sendout-based.

  • Sendout Based: The report includes messages that were sent in the selected reporting period. All relevant events for the message are included in the report, even if the activity (click, open, conversion) did not occur in the reporting period.

  • Tracking Based: The report includes all messages for which there are relevant events in the selected reporting period, even if the message was sent before the reporting period.

Group Report

Detailed data about one or more Engage groups. Use this report to evaluate the performance of your group.

The report includes data for all messages and group members in the selected group or groups during the reporting period.

This report includes the following data:

  • How many group members were imported and exported in the reporting period.

  • The number of sendouts, intended addressees and actual recipients.

  • The number of clicks, opens and conversions.

  • The number of unique clickers, openers and converters.

  • The number of unsubscribes, forwards, and conversions.

Member Report

Detailed information about the members of one or more Engage groups.

The Member Report includes a number of calculated averages, such as average number of responses, messages, opens, clicks and orders per group member.

The Member Report also includes data about the number of inactive members who have not opened, clicked or purchased in the last week, month or quarter.

This report includes the following data:

  • Membership numbers for the reporting period.

  • Total member activity for the reporting period.

  • Average activity per group member for the reporting period.

  • Information about inactive group members.

User Report

The User Report exports detailed information about contacts in your Engage system. The information is not restricted to a particular group.

This report includes the following data:

  • System data for the reporting period (number of groups, users and members)

  • Total message and user activity for the reporting period (messages, opens, clicks and conversions).

  • Average activity per user for the reporting period (opens, clicks and conversions).

  • Data about contacts who haven't been active for the last week / month / quarter.

Due to the large amount of data delivered in the report, this report can take a long time to generate.

Categorized Member Report

The Categorized Member Report exports detailed information about the members of one or more Engage groups. It differs from the normal Member Report in that you can select an attribute for comparison. The report compares the data on the basis of this attribute value. For example, you can compare the membership activity of male versus female group members.

Use this report to compare different segments of your group.

This report includes the following data:

  • Membership and activity data for the reporting period.

  • Calculated averages, such as the average number of opens, clicks and conversions.

  • The number of inactive group members, based on the date of most recent activity in the group.

Categorized Message Report

The Categorized Message Report provides message data for specific messages, compared on the basis of a selected profile attribute value. For example, you can compare the performance of your email marketing messages with male versus female contacts. The report includes both numbers as well as calculated rates.

This report includes the following data:

  • The number of clicks, opens and conversions.

  • The number of unique clickers, openers and converters.

  • The number and rate of responses, unsubscribes, forwards and conversions.

You can export a maximum of 250,000 rows per report. Exports larger than this fail.
