Group




​Any Group: Registers an event when a contact replies to an SMS message of any group.

Specific Group: Registers an event when a contact replies to an SMS message of a specific group. You can select up to 15 groups.

To add a group, click the input field. To remove a group, click the  symbol.

​Group Category: Registers an event when a contact replies to an SMS message of a specific group category. You can select up to 15 group categories.

Reply Criteria



​Add Criteria: Adds additional criteria. You can add up to three criteria. The criteria are combined with an AND operator. The contact must match all the specified criteria for the event to fire.

Criteria: Defines the criteria for the event.

Available options:

  • ​Message Body:​ Registers an event when the body of the SMS message contains a specific value. For example, set up an event for contacts who confirm a newsletter subscription with the word YES.
  • ​Message from:​ Registers an event when a contact with a specific phone number replies. For example, set up an event for contacts who reply from a German phone number (0049).
  • Message to:​ Registers an event when a contact replies to a specific phone number. For example, set up an event for contacts who reply to an SMS from your service center.

Operator: Defines the operator which the system uses to check the value of the criteria. Depending on the selected criteria, different operators are available.

Available options:

  • Equals:​ Selects contacts with a value for the selected criteria that is the same as the desired value.

  • Does Not Equal:​ Selects contacts who lack the selected value for the selected criteria.

  • Contains:​ Selects contacts who have a value for the selected criteria that contains the desired characters.

  • Starts with:​ Selects contacts with a value for the selected criteria that starts with the desired characters.

  • Ends with:​ Selects contacts with a value for the selected criteria that ends with the desired characters.

  • Matches:​ Selects contacts with a value for the selected criteria that matches the desired regular expression [Regex].

​Value:​ Defines the value for the selected criteria.
Case Sensitive: ​Defines if the value needs to match the case of the value that is defined in the ​​Value​​ input field.
