Process Step Exits / Process Step Amount * 100
The fact on how the exit is counted specifically depends on the chosen validity in the configuration of the process:
Validity "Process" A user is counted as exit, when he doesn't access the subsequent process step within the visit and/or starts the process again before he finishes it.
Validity "Visit" A user is counted as exit, when he doesn't access the subsequent process step within the visit.
Validity "Visitor" A user is counted as exit, when he doesn't access the subsequent process step within the configured time period.
