Supported authentication apps are Google Authenticator and Authy.

Procedures​

Generate initial verification code

  1. To generate your initial verification code, click ​First-Time Code​ on the login page.
    ⇒ The login page refreshes automatically.
  2. Enter your user email address and the initial password from your account manager. Click ​Login.
    ⇒ A QR code appears.
  3. To scan the QR code, use the authentication app on your phone or tablet.
    ⇒ The app sends an authentication code to your mobile device.
  4. Use the browser back button or the bookmark for your system to open the main login page again.
  5. Enter your user name, password, and the current MFA code. Click ​Login​.
    ⇒ The start page opens.

To enter the authentication code quickly, open your authentication app before you log in to the system. If you do not have access to your app or code, return to the original login page and click ​Lost Code​.

Retrieve a lost verification code

  1. To retrieve a lost verification code, click ​Lost Code​ on the login page.
    ⇒ The login page refreshes automatically.
  2. Enter your user email address and the initial password from your account manager. Click ​Login​.
    ⇒ A QR code appears.
  3. To scan the QR code, use the authentication app on your phone or tablet.
    ⇒ The app sends an authentication code to your mobile device.
  4. Use the browser back button or the bookmark for your system to open the main login page again.
  5. After your user name and password, enter the current MFA code. Click ​Login​.
    ⇒ The start page opens.
