Purpose​

This window provides an overview of all microsites in your Mapp Engage system.


What Can I Do In This window?

  • Create a microsite.
  • Edit an existing microsite.
  • View a list of microsites in your system.
  • Filter this list by name, type, and various dates.

Action

Description

​Create Microsite​

Opens the ​New Microsite​ window. Here you define the name of the new microsite, and the type, and select a framework.

Opens additional commands for a microsite in a drop-down list.

  • Edit​ opens a window to edit the microsite.
  • Clone​ creates a copy of the message. You can assign the copy a new name and save or cancel the copy. When you copy, the new microsite is added to the Microsites list.
  • Activate opens the ​activation confirmation pane. Here you confirm the path and subscription group, if applicable.
  • ​Deactivation opens the ​deactivation confirmation​ pane. Here you confirm or cancel the action.
  • Delete opens the ​delete confirmation​ page. Here you confirm or cancel the action.

This element is only visible when no microsite is selected.

Information and Filter Fields​


Item

Description

​Name​

Displays the name of the microsite.

​Type​

A microsite can be General, Subscribe, or Unsubscribe.

This type is determined when the microsite is created and cannot be changed.

CreatedShows the date the microsite was created

​Path​

The path name is the unique part of each microsite URL.

When published, you can hover over the path name to see the full URL at the bottom left of your browser. You can also click the path name to be redirected to the microsite URL.

StatusShows the current status of the microsite. This can be Active, Inactive, Draft, or Scheduled.

​Modified Date​

The date of the last change that was made to the microsite.

​Modified By​

The name of the last user to edit the microsite.

Change Display Options​


Setting

Description

Filters the microsites according to the values that you enter in the filter fields.

You can combine multiple filter criteria.

​Sort ​

Sorts the order in which microsites display in the overview. You can do this by clicking on the header of the column you wish to sort by. 

The records are sorted by the value in the selected column. Click the arrows once or twice to sort the list in the opposite order. Click the arrows a third time to stop sorting by this value. By default, records are sorted by name from A to Z and 0–9.
