Master Template Testing

Before we enable a master template on your system, we test it to verify that messages that are created with the template display correctly. We verify the performance of the master template in email clients, operating systems, and devices that are in use when the master template is created.

These performance tests are completed before your master template or HTML message is delivered. Mapp is not responsible for performance tests with configurations and devices that are released after the master template or HTML message is delivered.

We also perform these tests on the HTML system messages that we create and deliver for use in your Mapp Engage system.

By default, we test the configurations that are shown in the following tables. Other configurations can be tested for an additional charge. For more information, contact your customer service representative.

This information is valid for master templates and HTML messages that are delivered after the date that is shown on the table.
