Even if you activate automatic tracking, you are not forced to track all activities of your application automatically. You can also exclude specific view controller or activity from automatic tracking.
With the manual tracking option, you can implement tracking for single view controller or activity.
Follow these steps to enable manual tracking for individual view controller or activity:
In Tag Integration, select first the appropriate container by clicking the entry in the container list. The container specification dialog opens.
Go to the "Screens" tab. All screens are listed here including the information whether autotracking is active or not.
To change the "autoTracked"-status, click the button of the appropriate entry. The "New Screen" dialog opens.
Now deactivate autotracking by unchecking "Track screen automatically."
Please be aware that this setting will override the global setting you have made under the "Base" tab.
Finally, click Save screen.
