To view the ​Inbox Monitoring​ tab, the feature Inbox Monitoring must be enabled for your Mapp Engage system (see Inbox Services ). For further information please contact your Customer Success or Account Manager. If this function is not activated, this tab will not be visible.

Inbox Monitoring Summary

The Inbox Monitoring Summary tab displays the results of a deliverability analysis that uses test addresses to test deliverability at different domains. The deliverability of messages can be evaluated in the ​Inbox Monitoring Summary tab using different parameters.

The rates of inbox placement, spam, and missing are rounded due to a small seed list.

Available Information

InformationDescription
​Inbox (Rate)This entry shows the number and percentage of messages that arrived successfully.
Spam (Rate)

This entry shows the percentage of messages that landed in the spam folder. 

It is calculated as follows:

Spam Rate = Number of test messages in the spam folder / Total number of test messages sent​

Missing (Rate)

This entry shows the percentage of messages that could not be delivered.

It is calculated as follows:

Missing Rate = Number of test messages with no identification status / Total number of test messages sent

SPFThis entry shows the percentage of messages that passed the SPF sender authentication.
DKIMThis entry shows the percentage of messages that were verified by DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM).
StatusThis entry shows whether the inbox monitoring test is complete.
