The Contact Statistics provide insight into the membership development of a specific group.
With the appropriate permissions, you can evaluate when and how the number of members changed in each group on a day-to-day basis.
Members (Total) displays the number of members in a group during a certain time frame.
The following members are included in the number of Members (Total):
Deactivated members
Not-deactivated members
Deactivated Members displays the number of all deactivated members in a group in a certain time frame.
The following members are included in the number of Deactivated Members :
Members who were manually deactivated for this group.
Members who were automatically deactivated by the system because of bounces. For more information, see Reply Handling (tab).
Not-deactivated Members displays the number of all not-deactivated members of a group in a certain time frame.
The following members are included in the number of Not-deactivated Members :
Members with the status active: Members with the status Active have successfully completed the subscription to the group process.
Members with the status To Be Approved: Members with the status To Be Approved still need to confirm their subscription to the group. Furthermore, the moderator must approve a subscription to the group.
Members with the status Pending: Members with the status To Be Approved still need to confirm their subscription to the group.
Members who are deactivated system-wide but not for the group: Members who are deactivated system-wide, but not for the group, are included in the number of not-deactivated group members.
