Navigation Path​

  1. In the ​Main Navigation​, click ​Administration​ > ​Attributes​.
    ⇒ The ​Attribute Management​ window opens to the ​Custom Attributes​ tab.
  2. Click ​Related Data​.
    ⇒ The ​Related Data​ window opens.
  3. In the ​Actions​ column, click > ​Change Settings​.
    ⇒ The ​Change Settings​ window opens.

The Edit Related Data window​

In the ​Edit Related Data​ window, you can change settings such as name, description, or a linked profile attribute.

Hint:

The settings of the related data set cannot be changed later.


  • Name: Field for entering the new name for the related data set.

  • Description: Field for entering a description of the data that is saved in the related data set.

  • Linked Attribute: This drop-down menu allows you to select one attribute to be linked to the column of the identifier (the first column of the imported data record in a CSV-File or the row-key in an XML-File). This creates a link between the recipient data and the related data.

  • Cancel: This button closes the ​Edit Related Data​ window without changing the related data set.

  • Save: This button saves the new settings for the related data set and opens the ​Related Data Overview​ window. A status message informs you about the changes to the related data set.
