Navigation Path​

  1. In the Main Navigation​, click Audience​ > ​Administration​.
    ⇒ The ​Contact Management​ window opens to the ​Group Members​ tab.
  2. From the ​Group​ drop-down list, select a group.
    ⇒ The ​Group Members​ window opens.
  3. In the ​Actions​ column, click ​Read Mode​.
    ⇒ The ​Edit Read Mode​ window opens.

Purpose​

In this window, you can change the read mode settings of a group member.

The read mode stores information about how a recipient prefers to receive messages within a Mapp Engage group.

Hint:

Read mode preferences are only valid within a specific group. These settings do not apply for messages that the contact receives from other Mapp Engage groups.

The preferences that you enter in this window override any read mode preferences that have been imported into Mapp Engage in an XML or CSV file
