  1. In the ​Navigation​ , click ​Administration​ > ​Account​ > ​Edit Account​.
    ⇒ The ​Account Information​ window opens.

Purpose​

In this window, the account administrator manages their account.

What can I do in this window?

  • Update contact information for the account administrator.

  • Update company information.

CID

The Client ID (CID) is the unique identifier for your account. This ID can be used for billing identification and other reconciliation purposes.

Enter your first name and last name

Enter your primary business email address.

​Checkbox​

To receive an email notification each time a subscriber signs up, check this box.

Company/Business Information​

​Company Name

Required field.

Enter the business name or a branch name that the subscriber can identify.

Provide your complete website address.

Fax Number​

Enter the appropriate business contact information

When you are finished entering your information, click ​Save​ . The information is saved but the window does not change.

To continue work, use the commands in the menu ribbon.
