General information

The system only checks once whether the contact opened or clicked the email.

This filter creates a defined window of time when contacts must react to the email.

The system monitors the contact continuously. The system moves the contact ahead on the whiteboard plan when the contact opens or clicks the email.

This event reacts to the behavior of your contact immediately.

Used in a non-split path

At a certain time, the system checks whether a contact has reacted to the email.

  • Yes:​ Contacts who react to the email by the time of the check continue to the next step of the path.

  • No:​ Contacts who do not react to the email by the time of the check exit the whiteboard.

  • Yes:​ Contacts who react to the email continue to the next step on the whiteboard plan.

  • No:​ Contacts who do not react to the email exit the whiteboard.

Used in a split path

At a certain time, the system checks whether a contact reacted to the email.

  • Yes:​ Contacts who react to the email by the time of the check continue to the next step of the left split path.

  • No:​ Contacts who do not react to the email by the time of the check continue to the next step of the right split path.

  • Yes:​ Contacts who react to the email continue to the next step on the left split path.

  • No:​ After the timeout, all contacts who have still not reacted to the email continue to the next step on the right split path.
