The Credentials tab​

Use the ​Credential Store​ tab when sensitive data is transferred via import or export with an external system.

The records that are required to generate the variables can be defined and accessed via this register. For more information, see Create New Record (window)​ and Edit Record (window)​.

General Page Options​

  • Show: This drop-down list selects the records to display according to their status.

    • Active: This selection displays all active records.

    • Archived: This selection displays all archived records.

  • Filter: This button applies the set filter.

  • Remove Filter: This button removes the applied filter.

  • Visible Rows: This drop-down list defines how many rows are displayed per page. Select 10, 20, 50 or 100 visible rows. The default display is 10 rows per page.

  • Arrows: The arrows ( ) can be used to move between the individual pages. The arrows are only visible when there are more entries available than can be displayed according to the current settings for ​Visible Rows​.

  • Select All: This checkbox selects all rows on the page.

  • Archive: This button archives all selected elements. To delete a record, the record must first be archived.

Available Actions​

  • Create: This button opens the ​Create New Record​ window where a new record can be created. For more information, see Create New Record (window)​).

  • Edit: This item opens the ​Edit Record​ window where a record can be modified. The name of a record cannot be edited later.

Available Information (Columns of the Table)​

  • Name: This column displays the record name. The name of a record cannot be edited later.

  • Type: This column displays the record type. Different types include:

    • ​User name​

    • ​User password​

    • ​Account​

    • ​CMS Account​

    • ​FTP Server​

    • ​API Endpoint​

  • Last Updated: This column displays the date and time the record was last updated.

  • Updated by: This column shows the name of the last person to update the record.
