To assign a system user permission to create, approve, and manage other system users.



You must be assigned user management permission.


  1. In the ​Top Navigation​, click  > Settings .
    ⇒ The ​Account​ window opens.

  2. Click ​User Management​.
    ⇒ The ​User Management​ window opens.

  3. Click beside the system user whose role you want to change from user to manager.
    ⇒ The ​Edit System User​ window appears.
  4. Under ​Permissions​, select the ​User management​ check box.
  5. Click the ​Save Changes​ button to save the reassignment for that system user.
    ⇒ The ​User Management​ window appears. ​Manager​ appears in the ​Role​ column for that system user.
