Shows, what percentage of campaigns participated in a customer journey while neither being the first nor the last contact. At least 3 campaign contacts have to exist.


Mapp Intelligence differentiates between 3 status within the customer journey:

  • Conversion Initiator
  • Conversion Supporter
  • Conversion Transformer


Example:

Customer Journey A: Display > Affiliate > Newsletter
Customer Journey B: Affiliate > Affiliate > Affiliate

In total, "Affiliate" has 4 contacts in the customer journey, two of them being "Conversion Supporter".

"Conversion Supporter %" = 2 / 4 * 100 = 50
