The contact statistics provide a detailed overview of the development of your contacts.

You can see how many members are saved in groups and the number of contacts that exist in the whole system.

Analyzing the number of contacts at the group level makes it easier to plan which contacts should be included in which campaigns, and which message sendouts led to the acquisition of new contacts for a group. Together with the corresponding message statistics, it is easy to determine which messages were especially well received and led to a response from your recipients. This enables you to optimize message sendout according to your recipients' behavior.

Analyze these in comparison with the development of your contacts system-wide. For the entire system, you can verify how many groups and contacts are available for potential message sendout. Evaluate the success of your different campaigns at the system level.

Group-wide Contact Statistics - Options for Analysis

In each group for which you have the appropriate permissions, you can evaluate on a daily basis when and how the number of members changed.

You can analyze:

  • How many total recipients were members of the group at different points in time? You can see how many members were in the group at a given time, regardless of status or deactivations.

  • How many not-deactivated members are in the group, and how does the ratio of not-deactivated to total members develop during a specific time frame?

  • How many deactivated members are in the group, and how the ratio of deactivated to total members develop over a specific time period?

System-wide Contact Statistics - Options for Analysis

For the entire system, you can verify how many groups and contacts are available for potential message sendout.

You can analyze:

  • How many groups were available in your system at the time the data was last calculated? The number of groups is reported across domains. If your system includes more than one domain, here you get a comprehensive overview.

  • How many contacts in total were part of your system at any given time? You get a precise overview of all contacts stored in the system, regardless of status or deactivations.

  • How many contacts are found in your system, and what percentage of the total number of contacts do these represent over a specified time frame?

  • How many contacts are disabled system-wide in your system, and what percentage of the total number of contacts do these represent over a specified time frame?

For more information, see  Contact Statistics - System-Wide (window).
