Purpose

In this window, you define the global permissions granted to roles that provide access to contacts and guests. The permissions available to these roles are limited to functionality that is available without signing into the Engage user interface.

Each role is assigned a specific set of permissions by default.

What can I do in this window?

  • View current global permissions assigned to a contact or guest role.
  • Grant additional global permissions to a contact or guest role.
  • Remove global permissions from a contact or guest role.
  • Enter or update the description of a contact or guest role.
