 Procedure
  1. In ​Mapp Engage​, click Administration > Inbox Services​.
  2. Check the default settings in the ​Account Setup​ tab. Inbox Rendering and Inbox Monitoring are enabled by default.
  3. To adapt the configurations for your Inbox Monitoring, go to the ​Inbox Monitoring Seed List tab​. For more information, see Inbox Services Overview.​

  4. To view the usage report, click ​Usage Report​.
