This a useful feature when you are working on several master templates and that you need to add comments to every paragraph over many master templates.

You have three versions of a master template:

  • ​British_English​
  • ​US_English​
  • ​Australian_English​

British editors of the newsletter set up the templates for all countries while the content is added in the different countries. The British editors are the only ones with a permission to write in the comment field of the message whereas the others can read but not edit what the British editors have written in this paragraph when they use the same paragraph in their country-specific templates. The British editors could use thin to inform them that the next paragraph contains various words that are spelled differently in US English.
