- In the Main Navigation, click
Administration > Attributes.
⇒ The Attribute Management window opens to the Custom Attributes tab. - Click Related Data.
⇒ The Related Data window opens. - In the Actions column, click
> Owner.
⇒ The Change Owner window opens.
The Change Related Data Set Owner window allows you to change the owner of a related data set. This is necessary when a user only has permission to view and edit related data sets they own. The Change Related Data Set Owner window is an easy way for one user to create a related data set and transfer it to another user to update or save data.

Related Data Set | Displays the name of the related data set. |
Current Owner | Displays the current owner. This is normally the user who created the related data set. |
Transfer ownership to | In this input field, you can enter the Mapp email address of the new owner. The new owner must be registered in Mapp Engage and must have permission to create related data sets. |
Search | This button opens a window where you can search for and select the email address of any user who is registered in the system. |
Transfer ownership | This button completes the change of ownership. The Related Data Overview window opens, and a status message confirms the successful change of ownership. |
