Mapp's AI Assistant creates pre-defined user segments to analyze and engage users based on their conversion probability, churn probability, predicted next order value,  and predicted customer lifetime value. This not only helps increase the conversion rate but also lowers costs. For example, you can offer fewer discounts to people who are likely to buy anyway.

This is part of Mapp Cloud's Artificial Intelligence Assistant. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager about enabling this add-on feature.


  1. Create Segments. AI-based segments are a feature of Mapp Intelligence. You can use it in Engage in the segmentation builder under Intelligence > CI Segments

    Choose the CI Segment in the setup pane. In this example, we want to create three segments:
    A) a segment with a high conversion probability
    B) a segment with a medium conversion probability
    C) a segment with a low conversion probability

  2. Check the size of the audience that belongs to each segment. You can view this under the "Number of Contacts" column. 

  3. Use these segments in a whiteboard. This allows you to adapt your send-out per user group.
