Mapp Engage: Poll Mobile Push in Response Queue

10 Feb 2021 Mapp Engage gives you important information on the performance of your messages in near real-time via the Response Queue. Use this information in external CRM systems for faster reaction to your customers' behavior. Mapp has expanded the capabilities of the Response Queue to Mobile Push messages.

Availability

This upgrade is part of our Winter Update 2021 and is available as of 10 February 2021. Your api.v2 must be at least version 13. The configuration of the Response Queue is done by Mapp internally. Contact your customer success, or account manager.
