To support best practices in email sendouts, Mapp has introduced stricter limits to the image sizes that Mapp Engage customers can upload. Effective immediately, all Mapp customers have a 1 MB upload limit for images. This size exceeds the recommended size of image data per email, which is between 600kb and 800kb.

This upload limit does not affect most customers since most images are under 1 MB.
If your images are over 1 MB, you can use an image compressor to improve your end-user experience.
