You can limit the size of you segment. This way you can manage your spend better. This functionality is also useful when you plan a staggered sendout over several days.

Segment size limits can be used for Email, SMS, In-App, and the Direct Mail channel.

Procedure

The following video shows how to limit the size of a segment.



  1. Click the information iconin/next to the segment of your choice.
  2. Under Limit the search results select Yes.
  3. In the search limit field enter the required number, for example, 500.

  4. Click Apply.

  5. Segments with a set limit can be identified by the symbol in the Segments overview.
