Mapp Intelligence differentiates between 3 status within the customer journey:
- Conversion Initiator
- Conversion Supporter
- Conversion Transformer
Example:
Customer Journey A: Display > Affiliate > Newsletter
Customer Journey B: Affiliate > Affiliate > Affiliate
In total, "Affiliate" has 4 contacts in the customer journey, two of them being "Conversion Supporter".
"Conversion Supporter %" = 2 / 4 * 100 = 50
