Once your Salesforce CRM Connector is set up, you can import all your contacts from Salesforce to Engage. You only set up the connection once. After that, the automation will refresh and update the data once a day.
Mapp Connect supports the synchronization of Leads and Contacts from Salesforce.
Procedures
Import all contacts from Salesforce to Engage
In your Salesforce account, go to the Mapp Connect tab at the top of the page.
(optional) If you want to sync the data into a different group than the pre-selected one, you must select it in this step. The pre-selected group is the one that was created automatically during the integration setup.
Click Save.
Map attributes
Default user mapping is preconfigured in the Salesforce integration in Mapp Engage. Here are the steps to add or edit new attributes in Mapp Engage:
Open your Salesforce integration and go to the Mapp Connect tab.
Add the leads and contact fields that you want to map and save.
Now map these fields in Mapp Engage. Open the mapping tab in your integration and edit or add the attributes as needed. Save the mapping. See Salesforce Mapping for more details.
