Target contacts who require help, or additional instructions with more explicit information.

Prerequisites

The Intelligence criterion "Topics of Interest" is activated in your Mapp Engage account.

Segment

 Show detailed configuration
  • Condition 1
    Enter keywords indicating a need for more information, for example help, assistance, information, terms, conditions, etc.
  • Condition 2
    YES is selected by dafault. If the contact clicked a link with any of the keywords in close proximity, they will be selected.
  • Condition 3
    Select the relevant time range. In our example, we take the last seven days into account.

Follow-up Action

Use the segment to send messages offering support to your contacts.
