Smart Notifications give you additional insights on your campaigns and ideas on how to improve their performance. They are easily activated and appear in your Feed. Stay on top of your campaign performance and get informed which target groups of our campaigns are over- or underperforming. Then adjust them and boost their effectiveness.

Availability

Smart Notifications are available for all Mapp Intelligence accounts. Users in the Admin role can activate them in your account.

Prediction-based notifications are available within accounts with the on-demand predictions feature activated. Contact your Customer Success or Account Manager for more information.

How does it work?

  1. Activate Smart Notifications. See how....
  2. Click the bell symbol on the top right.
  3. Go to Notifications > Smart Notifications.
  4. Smart Notifications are displayed in the feed.
