Shows the accumulated number of orders with a discount that a visitor made since his first contact up until his last visit.

Calculation example

A user made two orders:

  • Order 1 in January: Order value 100 Euros (including 5 Euros discount).
  • Order 2 in February: Order value 200 Euros (including 10 Euros discount).

The value for Customer Profile Orders w. Discount is 2.

Note that the use of this metric over time is usually not useful, as there is no time reference.

The discount value has to be submitted to Mapp Intelligence via a separate parameter.
