System Blacklist (window)

In the Main Navigation, click Contacts > Blacklists .

Click System Blacklist
⇒The System Blacklist window opens.

This window provides an overview of all domains and addresses that are currently saved in the system blacklist.

Action	Description
Create New	Opens a window where you can add new entries to the system blacklist. You can add mobile numbers, email addresses, or domains to the blacklist.
Import	Opens a window where you can import new entries to the system blacklist.
Delete	Permanently deletes the selected entries from the blacklist. The contacts or domains are no longer blacklisted. This action does not automatically add contacts back to the groups where they were members. However, the contacts can now re-subscribe, or you can import them again into the group.
Export	Exports the blacklist as a CSV file.

Field	Description
Domain / Email / Mobile	Shows the entry on the blacklist. You can adjust the filter criteria in the window to see entries of a particular type.
Since	Shows the date on which the contact or domain was added to the blacklist.
Status	Shows the status of the entry on the blacklist. Not Verified - After an entry is added to the blacklist, the system checks all groups in the system to locate and remove the address. While this check is taking place, it is possible that the address is still in one or more groups. Verified - Mapp Engage has successfully removed this address or blacklist entry from all groups in the system.

Option	Description
Show	Controls which entries of the blacklist are displayed. All - Displays all types of blacklist entries. Domain - Displays the domains on the blacklist. The domain is the part of the email address after the @ sign. When you add a domain to the blacklist, Mapp Engage can no longer send messages to contacts at this domain. For example, with a blacklisted domain spamtrap.com, all contacts with an email address ending in @spamtrap.com are blacklisted. Email - Displays the email addresses on the blacklist. Mobile - Displays the mobile numbers on the blacklist.
Filter	Filters the entries according to the values in the filter fields. It is possible to combine multiple filter criteria.
Remove Filter	Removes all filters and displays all available entries.
Visible Rows	Changes the number of rows that are displayed per page.
	Navigates to the next or previous page of results. The arrows appear when not all entries can be displayed on one page.
Select All	Selects all visible entries.
