Navigation Path

  1. In the Main Navigation, click  Administration​ > Exports.
    The ​Exports​ window opens to the​ Exports​ tab.
  2. Click ​Style Sheets​.
    The ​Style Sheets ​window opens.

Purpose​

This window shows all of the XSLT style sheets that are available in your system. XSLT style sheets are used to transform the XML export file to fit the external system you use to process the data. For more information about style sheets, contact your customer service representative.


What can I do in this window?

  • View all available style sheets in your system.

  • Filter style sheets by ID, name, owner or creation date.

  • Create, edit or export a style sheet.

Actions

  • New Style Sheet: Creates a new style sheet. The ​Edit Style Sheet window opens.

  • Edit: Opens the Edit Style Sheet​ window for the selected style sheet.

  • Export: Downloads the selected style sheet to your local computer.

  • Select All: Selects all style sheets that are shown in the overview.

  • Delete Style Sheet: Deletes the selected style sheet after a confirmation prompt. It is not possible to restore deleted objects.

A style sheet cannot be deleted while it is in use for an export.


Information

  • ID: Shows the unique identification number of the style sheet in the system. The ID is automatically assigned by the system and cannot be changed.

  • Name: Shows the name of the style sheet. The creator of the style sheet defines the name. The name helps to identify the style sheet in the system. The name does not have to be unique in the system and can be changed.

  • Description: Shows additional information about the style sheet. The description is optional and can be changed.

  • Owner: Shows the owner of the style sheet. The creator of the style sheet is the owner. The owner cannot be changed.

  • Creation Date: Shows the date and time the style sheet was created or last updated.

Display Options

  • Filter: Filters style sheets by ID, name, description, owner or creation date. It is possible to combine multiple filter criteria.

  • Remove Filter: Removes all filters and shows all available entries.

  • Visible Rows: Changes the number of rows shown per page.

  •  Arrows: Navigates to the next or previous page of results. The arrows appear when the number of entries is larger than the number of visible rows per page.
